1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

3. Donation Terms

• Voluntary Nature: All donations are made voluntarily and without any expectation of material return.
• Non-Refundability: In line with standard charitable practices, all donations are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Allocation of Funds: The Association reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed. While we honor donor intent for specific campaigns (e.g., flood relief), any surplus funds will be directed to our General Relief Fund to support ongoing disaster preparedness and community aid.

4. Official Receipts and Tax Exemption

Official Receipts: Upon verification of each donation, the Association will generate an official receipt via computer system, serving as your proof of donation.

Tax Exemption: Donors who wish to claim tax exemption must provide the following information at the time of donation:

• Full Name (as per NRIC/Passport)
• NRIC/Passport Number

The Association will prepare the necessary receipt documents in accordance with the regulations of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).

Note: The Association currently issues computer-generated receipts. Should the LHDN mandate the implementation of the e-Invoice system in the future, the Association will provide further notice and comply with the relevant requirements.

• Accuracy of Information: Donors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. The Association shall not be held liable for any rejection or delay in tax claims resulting from incorrect information.

5. User Conduct and Content

• You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose or to post content that is defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
• All materials, including logos, images of relief missions, and text, are the intellectual property of PERSATUAN KEBAJIKAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN KOMUNITI KUALA MUDA, KEDAH and may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate updates on our relief efforts. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Association and its volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site or your donation.

税务减免： 捐款者若需申请税务减免，在捐款时必须提供完整信息：姓名（须与身份证/护照一致）、身份证号码/护照号码。本协会将根据马来西亚内陆税收局（LHDN）的规定，为您准备所需的收据文件。

注： 一旦内陆税收局强制实施电子发票（e-Invoice）系统，本协会将另行通知并遵守相关规定。

• 信息准确性： 确保所提供信息的准确性是捐款者的责任。若因提供信息错误导致任何扣税申请被拒或延误，本协会概不负责。

5. 用户行为与版权说明

• 您同意不将本平台用于任何非法用途，且不得发布诽谤、侵权或有害的内容。
