(双溪大年3日讯)由瓜拉姆拉志工团发起的「人人有饭吃」素食店,经过近一个月试营运,今日正式开幕。该计划至今获得约六成赞助支持,仍需四成各界响应,携手让善意延续下去。
试营近月 每日逾百人光顾
试营运期间平均每日逾百人光顾。目前已有7名经审核批准的贫困人士,可每日免费享用早餐或午餐,亦可打包带走。

3令吉素食 远低于爱心餐定价
双溪大年国会议员莫哈末道菲指出,3令吉素食远低于政府爱心餐定价,真正让低收入群体受惠。
“这家店不仅是用餐的地方,更是社会交集点,让有需要的人得到关注与关怀。”
峇甲亚兰州议员罗炜家表示,2030年我国每5人就有1人是65岁以上长者,这类计划能有效减轻贫困者,尤其是长者的负担。
西塘区州议员包旺也说,许多困境中的人常担心钱不够用,如今有了「人人有饭吃」,他们不再为温饱发愁。
每月经费1.6万 暖心榜凝聚善心
该店每月营运开销约1.6万令吉,包括租金与薪资。墙上「暖心榜」记录每一位热心支持者,志工团借此向所有善心人士表达感恩。
营业时间:早上7时30分至下午2时(周五休息,初一十五改周六休)

*(Sungai Petani, 3rd) – The "Food for All" vegetarian restaurant, initiated by the Kuala Muda CRSM Volunteer Team, officially opened today after a month-long soft launch. Approximately 60% of sponsorships have been secured, with 40% still needed from the community to sustain this meaningful cause.*
Over 100 Customers Daily During Soft Launch
During the soft launch period, the restaurant averaged over 100 customers daily. Currently, seven individuals who have passed the vetting process are eligible for free breakfast or lunch each day, with takeaway options available.

RM3 Vegetarian Meals – More Affordable Than Government's "Initiative Meals"
Sungai Petani MP Mohd Taufiq noted that the RM3 vegetarian meals are more affordable than the government's "Initiative Meals," truly benefiting low-income groups.
"This place is not just for dining; it is a community touchpoint where those in need can receive attention and care."
Bukit Bakri State Assemblyman Ronnie Loh stated that by 2030, one in five Malaysians will be aged 65 and above. Initiatives like this effectively reduce the burden on the underprivileged, especially the elderly.
Sungai Petani State Assemblyman Pao Wan added that many people in difficult situations often worry about not having enough money for food. With "Food for All," they no longer have to struggle with hunger.
Monthly Operating Cost: RM16,000, "Heart of Gratitude" Wall Honors Donors
The restaurant's monthly operating cost is approximately RM16,000, covering rent and salaries. A "Heart of Gratitude" wall on-site honors every donor, serving as the volunteer team's way of expressing gratitude to all supporters.
Business Hours: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Closed on Fridays; closed on Saturdays if Friday falls on the 1st or 15th of the lunar month)

At the opening ceremony, Mohd Taufiq presented a donation to the volunteer team, received by Chairman Chen Zhiyong. Also present were advisors郑国良, Chen Youqiang, Dong Zhiming, Wang Jiashun, Vice Chairman Guo Nanshun, Secretary Soo Joo Hin, and Finance Director Yu Bizhen.
